Description

ApprenticeshipNC and JFF invite you to a virtual North Carolina Apprenticeship Accelerator event. This virtual event will bring together employers from across the state with local, regional and state partners, as well as national experts, to highlight the importance of the Learn and Earn approach as part of an equitable and inclusive economic recovery and sustainability plan.

Learn how registered apprenticeship for youth and young adults can help grow your workforce and support the long-term hiring needs of North Carolina's employers. Jumpstart the process at this virtual event by connecting with partners and resources, gain advice from N.C. employers who have developed a program, and hear from local, regional and state partners and national apprenticeship experts, including ApprenticeshipNC and JFF, a national nonprofit aimed at transforming the American workforce and education systems to help people achieve economic advancement.

Speakers and panelists will provide insight on apprenticeship solutions for youth and young adults and shed light on what is working in communities across the state. By drawing on successful North Carolina apprenticeship solutions, employers will learn how regions are coming together, and what resources exist to help, to build and expand registered apprenticeships for youth and young adults.
